Agiftolove FAQs

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Agiftolove is based in Singapore. Items will be dispatched directly from Singapore. All products listed in the website are of local instock. In the event of out of stock, we will notify customer via text message for local buyers / email for oversea buyers. 

PRODUCT CONDITION AND AUTHENCITY
All prices stated are fixed and brand new in package. Item will be repackaged into presentable gift bag for customer to present them as a gift conveniently. 
We do not obtain any authenticity certificates. All products are true to image and measurement will be stated in the description. We do quality check for every products to ensure its brand new condition. 

CANT FIND IDEAL PRODUCT
If you cannot find your ideal product on our website, drop us a message at askme@agiftolove.com or fill up our Contact-Us Form below. With a grace period of 10 - 14 working days, we might have what you are looking for.

SECURE PAYMENT
For Singapore:
We accept the following payment mode: 
ATM Bank Transfer, Internet Banking Transfer, Paylah!, PayNow, PayAnyone, Paypal.
For All Countries: We only accept Credit Cards through Paypal as payment mode only.

DELIVERY
Singapore Normal Delivery takes 2 - 4 Working Days for delivery. Registered Delivery takes 1 - 2 Working Days for delivery.  
Other Countries includes Australia, Canada, China, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, United States, Vietnam take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery (depending on region). International shipping fee tabulated at check out and will vary across country and weight.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING:
After order is submitted to us, we will send you an SMS/Email update on the order status which include shipping and tracking details once item is dispatched. 

Changes Request
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at askme@agiftolove.com / drop us a message at +65 98830946 (mobile number) within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.

Faults/Damage
We will ensure quality check before dispatching however if your order arrives faulty or damaged we will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement. Please send photos clearly showing the faults/damage to askme@agiftolove.com
